Highly
configurable system rules - The
XML2010’s management software is used to configure
the
system to fit your club’s membership types and
privileges, as
well as each individual court’s time slots and
prices. Complex rules can be set up by the club manager. E.g.
Junior members are only allowed to book up to 3 peak
time
courts
at any one time, at a higher price than Senior members,
excluding
weekends.
Managing
remotely - The management
software is Microsoft Windows compatible and can
be run either
on computers
within
your squash
club’s
PC network, or on the Internet, without any installation
needed.
Club member management
The XML2010 is
designed to handle your clubs members and
memberships, without the need for additional software.
The software inputs
full member details into a central database hosted
by the system, and attributes membership types and
membership fobs to member profiles. Fobs
are assigned
easily
by placing
each fob on a
device that plugs into the back of your PC while
you are inputting
member details. A member is able to use the system
as soon as a fob has been assigned to their profile.
More
management functions
Bulk
booking - To avoid having to book courts for matches,
team training or other events one by one, bulk booking
allows you to book sessions made up of several bookings
in on go and as far in advance as you like. The software
also allows
you
to schedule
regular bookings on a daily or weekly basis to avoid
having to remember to do it repeatedly.
Reports
- Reports on your current members, your
takings and bookings during chosen dates and times
and more can
be exported into MS Excel, or other XML compliant
applications
and printed out, so that you can keep track of how
your club is running.
'Plug-In'
modules - Optional modules from our growing
range of additional features can be added to your
software at any time. These modules include league
administration, membership overdues management, management
information system (MIS) synchronisation and more.
Customers are kept up to date with all the
latest developments on the XML2010.
